We offer one to one mentoring programmes for Practice Managers. The mentoring programme equips Practice Managers with the knowledge and tools to drive the dental team forward. The mentoring programme can be delivered in the practice without the practice needing to close for staff training. As part of the mentoring programme we will also help and guide you through staff appraisals or conduct them on your behalf with valuable help, training and advice for future staff development.
