Meet the team: Tracy, Yvonne and Joanne

Tracy is the Director and Trainer at Designer Dental Training and she uses every bit of her 20 years' experience in the dental industry to help make your practice as successful as possible.

She has been working as a Trainer for over five years and, prior to joining Designer Dental Training, she was a Dental Nurse for 15 years and has extensive experience of managing and developing dental practices as a Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator.

Tracy offers advice relating to every aspect of a dental business - from soft-selling techniques and customer service to team management and how to be an effective treatment co-ordinator. Over the years, her expertise has benefited more than 1,500 practices, who have gone on to see an improvement in referral rates and an increase in revenue.

Supporting Tracy are Yvonne Wallace, Managing Director, and Joanne Mellor, Marketing Director. They lend their knowledge relating to dental marketing on courses that focus on boosting awareness of your practice and developing a strong brand.

Both Yvonne and Joanne are active members of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and between them they have more than 20 years' experience in the field of dental marketing.

Comprehensive dental practice training

Designer Dental Training offers a range of courses, providing everything from individual sessions focusing on particular aspects of practice to bespoke training solutions that cover every part of a dental business.

One-day courses are available in dental practice marketing, the role of a Treatment Co-ordinator, the importance of exceptional customer service and tracking systems and patient feedback, to name a few.
