Evening dental training courses

We understand that it's hard to make time for your entire team to undergo dental practice training, which is why we also run regular evening courses designed to benefit every member of your staff.

These sessions are run around the country on various dates, with the focus on getting the most out of new patient assessment, treatment presentation skills and communication via telephone and email.

Meet the trainers

As the director and trainer at Designer Dental Training, Tracy Stuart runs the majority of our sessions. She has extensive experience of working in dentistry as a dental nurse, as well as having an in-depth knowledge of how to manage and develop dental practices.

In addition to leading these courses, she regularly offers her expertise as a guest speaker at dental conferences and other events and contributes to dental journals.

Tracy is supported by Yvonne Wallace, Managing Director, and Joanne Mellor, Marketing Director, who both head up Designer Dental Training's sister company, Designer Dental Marketing - a specialist marketing firm.

As active members of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and with over 20 years' experience in the field between them, they deliver the training specific to dental marketing.
